| |
| Norman McKellar represented Robert Mays, who was charged in federal court as playing a role in a drug conspiracy to bring illegal drugs from Detroit Michigan, to East Tennessee. On November 28, 2005, a preliminary hearing was held in the United States District Court for East Tennessee for Mr. Mays and 4 other defendants. Although the judge found probable cause for the 4 other defendants, all charges were dismissed against Mr. Mays and he was allowed to go free. Click here for the Knoxville News Sentinel article. |
