Sarah C. Easter attended the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in 2004 in Political Science. She then received her Doctor of Jurisprudence from Tulane Law School in 2007, with a Certificate in Sports Law.

While attending the University of Tennessee, Ms. Easter was a member of the Phi Beta Kappa, Phi Kappa Phi  and Golden Key International honor societies.  During law school, Ms. Easter participated in the Criminal Law Clinic, the Entertainment Law Legal Aid Program, the Tulane Entertainment and Arts Law Society, the Sports Law Society, and was a writer for the Sports Lawyers Association Newsletter.

Ms. Easter practices law in the areas of domestic relations (including divorce, orders of protection, child custody, and child support), bankruptcy and criminal law. She is a member of the Knoxville Bar Association and the Hamilton Burnett American Inn of Court.
